Stop ‘No Reply’ emails

Most of us receive emails from companies that do not allow a reply. 

This is unacceptable.

Some of these emails do contain information that is merely informative and no response is needed, but many contain important information that requires a response because it is either contentious or incorrect. 
Merely providing a link to take you to the company’s website which the individual has to navigate  to find the area of concern is unacceptable.

The worst culprits are banks, utility companies, large corporations. These bodies deliberately make it difficult for individual customers to answer the email. In some cases even when you navigate the website the only access to an answer is via a bot or virtual assistant. 
Legislation  should be put in place to stop  this practice
