"apna football ka apna channel " Flashback 2 years of your life and you will remember that this was the tag line used by star sports when they did a lot of publicity about opening a new channel for football purposes only Sunil Chhetri, sandesh jhingan, Gurpreet Singh sandhu were all part of the advertisement about star sports 3 becoming India's first ever only football channel. All the Indian football fans were excited about it and were expecting all Indian football to be covered. Right from ISL to I-league to afc cup and some even went on the extent of expecting them to cover India's age group matches. And fast forward two years here we're standing with loggerheads with the same tag line. All we see at star sports is cricket, cricket and more cricket and its shocking to see as there are already 3 channels for cricket purposes! Hereby it's our earnest promise to star sports to live up to its promise and make star sports 3, a channel for Indian football purposes only ❤
