Offline exams during peak rising time of CoVid-19

Dear College,

As our exams are conducted during peak rising time of CoVid-19, we want to throw light on the hardships faced by students and what is their concern.

As we all know that there's an ongoing BMTC strike, which badly affects commuting to college and the private travels which operate are hardly available and if available are jam packed violating all norms of social distancing.

If you are feared of students doing malpractices during online exams then there are many softwares which are designed to prevent malpractices during online exams you can check them.

But you are not feared of your students being exposed to the violent atmosphere of deadly CoVid-19, if you think college is made by students then you would value their health first, because if there are no students then there's no point of holding exams and running college.

We are not asking to completely cancel our exams but just asking to conduct it online, if you are little aware of the steep increase in cases and deaths in our city then you would never risk the life of students by conducting exams online. There are many other institutions which have cancelled their exams just because of second wave of CoVid-19, but we are not asking you to cancel but just conduct exams online, although many other institutions and Jesuit institutions as well have declared exams online.

If you value our lives and value our voices the you would take steps in conducting the rest exams in online mode by taking strict measures to prevent malpractices. We cannot imagine being tested positive and risk our life for exams, the thought itself fears us.

The prestigious CBSC board exams are cancelled following the second wave of CoVid-19, and we think we should not cancel our exams rather keep it online for better good of everyone.
