We are being robbed By Chipinge Town Council. Waking up to an unexplained and unrealistic bill. We are forced to pay a lot of money for water that does not come out of the taps. Gross incompetence and poor service delivery must stop. Please sign this petition if you are one of the residents who is angry and tired of paying money for nothing.
