Cockroaches in amenities in a residential block of flats

There are returning cockroaches in the interior wall cavities of a block of flats owned by Raven Housing Trust. Raven Housing Trust have flatly refused to take precautions to investigate why cockroaches are entering my flat even though reports having been submitted to them by a pest control company, stating that it is likely other residents have them although they have not reported it for whatever reason.

Recommendations have been made. However, I have been told on numerous occasions I have to deal with it myself even though they are coming from somewhere else in the building . This Housing Trust have rudely suggested that I may have brought cockroaches into the the flat. They also refused to acknowledge the conditions that other residents are living in that may be attracting these insects. Prevention should be taken to avoid infestation of these creatures and this organisation are flatly refusing to acknowledge responsibility and care. These creatures spread bacteria and disease and things could escalate and become a lot worse.

In addition to this I have to pay the pest control company each time they come out for treatments.

I need for people to know about this. This organisation providing housing for people they are clearly not providing good Environmental health.
